Served as law clerk to the Honorable Conrad N. Koch, a Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, during the 1992-93 judicial term.

Areas of Concentration: Defense of professionals including insurance agents and brokers, financial professionals, and other non-medical professionals; ERISA litigation; creditors rights; commercial litigation.
Representative Transactions: Partner in the Litigation Department, primarily handling complex matters which are atypical of standard tort or contract claims. Experienced in the Federal and State Courts of New Jersey and New York in the areas of professional malpractice, complex commercial litigation, construction litigation, employment litigation, estate litigation, real estate litigation; replevin and creditors rights litigation, appeals, and ERISA litigation, including claims involving termination of pension benefits and disability benefits obtained through employment. Have successfully tried cases on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of complex and general matters, and have successfully briefed and/or argued appeals in the State and Federal Appeals Courts of New Jersey and New York.
