Experienced in the Federal and State Courts of New Jersey and New York in the areas of professional malpractice, complex commercial litigation, construction litigation, employment litigation, estate litigation, real estate litigation; replevin and creditors rights litigation, appeals, and ERISA litigation, including claims involving termination of pension benefits and disability benefits obtained through employment. Have successfully tried cases on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of complex and general matters, and have successfully briefed and/or argued appeals in the State and Federal Appeals Courts of New Jersey and New York. |
