Representative Transactions: Partner in the Tort Defense Division handling complex tort and public entity cases, including all aspects of trial and appellate work. Numerous civil jury cases include litigation of issues involving the Tort Claims Act, New Jersey Law Against Discrimination, CEPA, civil rights violations, hostile work environment, wrongful discharge, invasion of privacy, false arrest, excessive force, products liability, defamation and insurance defense. Wrote numerous briefs and argued before the Appellate Division, the New Jersey Supreme Court and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Developed anti-sexual harassment and anti-discrimination policies for employers and have trained supervisory and line employees in the recognition, prevention and resolution of discrimination claims.
